Refunds Policy

Since our products are digital products which are delivered immediately, MyCreditStatus does not issue refunds after a successful purchase. The only exception would be if we were unable to sucessfully generate a report from the credit bureaux in which case we will offer a full refund to the customer.


For our subscription service, you may cancel at any time but you have to give us written notice at least 5 working days before the next debit would take place. Failure to do so might result in your account being billed and you will still receive your last report on the debit date.
