Charges and Fees
We provide a free credit score to all registered users. However, for our premium reports which are detailed credit reports, we do charge a fee. You can purchase reports once-off, pre-pay for a certain number of reports, or subscribe to our monthly subscription service.
Digital products (your credit report) purchased through MyCreditStatus are delivered to you automatically at time of purchase. Typically an email with a PDF copy will also arrive in your inbox within five minutes. If there's a delay, or you can't find the email, contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Since our products are digital products which are delivered immediately, MyCreditStatus does not issue refunds after a successful purchase. The only exception would be if we were unable to sucessfully generate a report from the credit bureaux in which case we will offer a full refund to the customer.
For our subscription service, you may cancel at any time but you have to give us written notice at least 5 working days before the next debit would take place. Failure to do so might result in your account being billed and you will still receive your last report on the debit date.
